NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES since I spend hours creating each set. Each set is uniquely handmade and cannot be resold. I take pride in the work that I do to meet your satisfaction.

NO REFUNDS due to customers' sizing errors. We offer sizing kits to ensure your best fit. Sizing is the customers' responsibly.

Rejoice in Colors is NOT responsible for shipping carrier errors. Once the order is scanned into the carriers' system it's no longer Rejoice in Colors' responsibility.

If you input the wrong shipping address, it will get back to us. You will pay a reshipping fee to get it back.

Once your order has been started, you can NO LONGER make an alternation.

We reserve the right to DECLINE a design request, if it is not within our expertise, or if we do not have the necessary supplies.
